He mentioned his most admired person, which is another one of the sources of his inspiration. “I inspire Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.), an individual highly revered in the Islamic community. Trade (business) is the blessed Sunnah of the Prophet (A.S.), and when conducted with honesty and fairness, it can be a form of devotion to Allah. One can only engage in business in sectors permitted by Islam,” he told the Muslim Insiders.
The challenges I face as the Chief Executive Officer in healthcare are significant, such as staying competitive in the market. Also, there is a need to monitor industry trends, understand competition, and develop strategies to maintain or gain market share, whether in Malaysia or globally.

For him, winning the IDEA Award 2023, the most prestigious accolade, is a tremendous source of pride. “This award recognizes the achievements of an organization or individual and validates all the hard work and dedication in business. The award serves as motivation to strive for excellence continually. This recognition will encourage the management of Hospital PUSRAWI Sdn Bhd to set higher goals and work even harder.”
He said that being an entrepreneur can be a really rewarding but challenging journey. Thus, he offers some advice to aspiring entrepreneurs. One is that “entrepreneurs need to conduct thorough market research to understand the target audience, competition, and industry trends. This will help make informed decisions and shape business strategies.”
Also, he emphasized how entrepreneurs should be developing a comprehensive business plan outlining goals, target markets, revenue models, marketing strategies, and financial projections. It is also important that a well-thought-out plan serve as a roadmap for the business. Furthermore, he advised that entrepreneurs need to surround themselves with capable and complementary teams. The reason is because choosing individuals who share the vision and bring diverse skills to the table will make a strong team that eventually will be the key to success.
