Through his experiences, Harik Fauzi has evolved into a charismatic leader through education, career, organizations, and social contributions. With a diverse range of professional experiences and numerous achievements, such as successfully managing Umrah affairs involving 7,000 pilgrims.
He also assists entrepreneurs in business advancement as an advisor through his position as Secretary General of the Malaysian Islamic Chamber of Commerce. He has also orchestrated several beneficial collaborations to aid current and future entrepreneurs. This was accomplished through his proactive engagements with various Ministries and Corporations, actions greatly admired by many.
He served as a Senior Engineer in a leading Telecommunications Services company for 15 years. However, in recent years, he felt confined in his comfort zone. “I wanted to pursue something that reflected my identity, so I decided to quit and embark on my own journey under my own brand, ‘Harik Fauzi (HF3).’ Initially, it was challenging, but I took the initiative by associating with several prominent individuals.”
Consequently, he actively participated in events involving entrepreneurs and NGOs. “Here, I identified my strengths in effective communication (Public Relations) and expanding my networking connections with influential individuals,” he shared with Muslim Insiders.
For him, every successful individual serves as a source of inspiration. “Each of them possesses unique management styles, personalities, and, most importantly, the way they interact with others. I particularly want to express my gratitude to my friend Zulhisham, as he is one of the greatest inspirations in my life.”
He faced various challenges to become an expert in communication and interaction. Serving as a Special Officer to several prominent figures, he was determined to acquire knowledge and enhance his quality influence. The challenges he encountered included time and financial management. “Sometimes, it affects emotions and decision-making. Alhamdulillah, after nearly 8 years in this field, I have been entrusted to manage and advise several organizations in Malaysia involving corporate industries,” he said.
He expressed gratitude as the recipient of the IDEA Award 2023. “I did not expect to receive this award. With this, I express deep gratitude to Allah SWT. and feel that the hard work has paid off behind the scenes.” He also expressed gratitude to his loved ones. “All of this would not have been possible without the support and prayers of family members, friends, and my ‘HF3’ team.”
As an experienced leader, he offered some advice. “Three basic things are essential: skills, networking, and finance. With these, it will inspire us to manage affairs with full quality. Traits such as integrity and trustworthiness must be ingrained, as they will yield mutually beneficial work quality.”
He revealed his future focus. “I aim to expand my influence and network to strengthen ties among us. Additionally, I aspire to become a respected corporate business member one day. Insha Allah,” he added.
