Klinik Suzana is an experienced aesthetic clinic equipped with state-of-the-art technology capable of competing both nationally and globally. It is also among the first clinics to receive the Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) for Aesthetic Medical Practice, mandated by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. The clinic has been operating for over 23 years and is led by experienced doctors.
“After completing my service with government hospitals, I worked in private medical clinics for 2 years. In 2000, I pursued further education in dermatology and aesthetic medicine because such services were not available in Johor Bahru. I successfully obtained a Diploma in Dermatology from the University of Wales, Cardiff. Subsequently, this dermatology and aesthetic medical center was established,” said Dr. Suzana Binti Hasnan, the owner of Klinik Suzana.
“I am greatly inspired by professional women who successfully balance their careers and families. Because of this, I am impressed and aspire to be one of them.”
“Initially, I faced financial problems purchasing stock, high-tech machines, and pay employee salaries. I also encountered administrative issues due to workforce problems. Now, I have stabilized the company financially and in terms of employee management. The challenge I face today is competing with various other aesthetic clinics.”
“Therefore, I need to enhance the quality of services and the company’s marketing, especially on social media platforms. By being prepared to accept this challenge, I aim to expand the company. Additionally, there are challenges in terms of licensing and constraints on advertising company services.”
