“Running this company is a challenge; I took this risk after quitting my 9-to-5 job.”
He offered some advice to those new to the field. “Focus on both long-term and short-term goals. Take the time to thoroughly research the market before starting a business. Don’t be afraid to take calculated risks. Always conduct detailed research before making major decisions. Also, provide excellent customer service and listen to all feedback.”
