From Teacher to a Millionaire, Now Helping Entrepreneurs Create RM 10K per Month
Spectra Global Network Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2010 to provide guidance to entrepreneurs under the network of Dato’ Faridah in the networking industry. Starting as a home-based operation, it later expanded to have its own office in Star Arena Bintang Subang Bestari.
In the rapidly growing digital gold industry, the company has seen the swift development of agents and consultants, reaching 100,000 agents across Malaysia, including Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Australia, Thailand, Bahrain, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and others.
Spectra Global Network has empowered entrepreneurs to generate monthly incomes ranging from RM10,000 to RM100,000 and achieve sales between RM4 million and RM12 million per month.
Originally a secondary school teacher with 15 years of experience, Dato’ Faridah ventured into the Amway business in 1998, realizing the potential for life transformation. Leaving her teaching position, she built significant success in the networking industry, learning from scratch, gaining experience, and persevering to receive various awards as an entrepreneur.
Her greatest inspiration comes from witnessing the success of agents and consultants. “I want this success to provide a significant opportunity to be a major contributor to zakat recipients. We aim to be contributors to charity and almsgiving that drive comprehensive Islamic economics. Thus, the first book, ‘Berani Untuk Bermula’ (Brave to Begin), was produced, documenting the ups and downs in 23 years of business.”
Dato’ Faridah emphasizes that the biggest challenge is oneself. Despite facing consecutive tests, she does not give up. Her big dream is to realize the dreams of the 100,000 agents in her network. Continuous learning, skill improvement, and knowledge enhancement are crucial.
Therefore, the modules developed became a continuous guidance system to train and guide consultants to become professionals, ensuring their ongoing success and resilience. She travels throughout Malaysia to meet them, hear their problems and challenges, and provide continuous guidance through personal coaching, small group meetings, special group coaching, and train-the-speaker sessions for agents and consultants in her network.

“Anyone can succeed if they meet the conditions for success. However, not everyone can do it without diligence and acquiring more knowledge. Success is not as easy as falling from the sky. Courage must be prioritized because there is no success for those afraid to take risks. Avoid getting comfortable too quickly. Additionally, business needs to start financial management from the beginning,” she advises entrepreneurs.
The vision of Spectra Global Network is to become a platform to shape and solidify the skills of all network consultants until they become professional entrepreneurs. With a mission to guide 50,000 new entrepreneurs with noble character, they aim for these entrepreneurs to generate a minimum income of RM10,000 per month. They also plan to open a physical gold shop named QM Jewellery in 2024, located in one of the main shopping complexes in Selangor.
