“The business essentially started when I was looking for business opportunities that could provide value according to the needs of the community,” said Amirulmukminin Hamzah, the company’s founder. Starting in early 2018, with a high demand for affordable housing in the market, YES Empire began marketing and selling affordable homes under the brand ‘Benahous.’
Then, ‘Benaccount’ was established at the end of 2020 to assist many customers who faced financial profile issues in owning their first home. At the same time, ‘Benamora’ was established as a post-sales service company to provide renovation, interior decoration, and construction packages.
Furthermore, ‘Greenering’ was established to meet the demands of the green environment by providing technology that aligns with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) concept to reduce carbon footprint in the industrial and commercial sectors.
“Every great success that achieves extraordinary success will always be an example and inspiration for us to always strive to do something extraordinary in providing value to society,” he told Muslim Insiders.
The biggest challenge faced is in leadership, to ensure that all team members can follow the set direction so that they are always consistent in improving the business to remain relevant and capable of growing in challenging economic conditions and high competitive markets.
“It is important for me to constantly remind them of the importance and role of everyone to ensure that they are all on the right track so that the ‘ship does not sink and be submerged by the rough sea’,” he added in facing challenges in this field.
“The IDEA Award 2023 under the Most Trusted Brand category won by YES Empire is symbolic of the success of all team members who have worked well in the company and this award motivates us to continue to improve our service levels in every subsidiary and brand of YES Empire to become a trusted brand,” he said.
