PMB Investment was incorporated on January 15, 1993, as ASM MARA Unit Trust Management Berhad and later changed its name to ASM Investment Services Berhad in 2006. The company took over the fund management operations of ASM Asset Management Sdn Bhd. Their biggest challenge was to address the low confidence of Malaysians regarding their financial knowledge and the reliance of 41% of Malaysians on their Mandatory Retirement Scheme savings as the main source of income for retirement. 

The company has programs in place to educate Malaysians to manage their financial well-being and plan for their future, such as retirement and their children’s education or other financial goals. Winning the World Muslimpreneur award is a stepping stone for PMB Investment Berhad to instil greater confidence among their investors and the public.
