A Brief History of Aisha bint Abu Bakr
Aisha bint Abu Bakr was born in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, sometime around 613 CE. She was the daughter of Abu Bakr, who was a close companion of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), one of the first converts to Islam. She was married off to Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) at a very tender age.

Following the death of the Prophet, she was one of the leading educators in Medina, drawing scholars from far and wide within the Muslim world.
